About This Project

These are 10 minutes sessions that will help work on your LEGS specifically. You will notice 3 speeds of the beats – slow, medium & fast. The Slow is for Beginners, Medium is for Intermediate and Fast is for Advanced. These workout sessions require you to keep up with the beat which is not as easy as it sounds.
