About This Project

These sessions are tailored for the entire body. You will work your Full body with a combination of Arms, Core and Legs exercises. You will notice 3 speeds of the beats – slow, medium & fast. The Slow is for Beginners, Medium is for Intermediate and Fast is for Advanced. These workout sessions require you to keep up with the beat which is not as easy as it sounds.
