About This Project

This RepsByBeat session is 10 minutes of LEGS reps to a SLOW beat. Each set comprises of 3 sets of Step-out lunges, Scissor Lunges, Squats, Jump squats, and High knees. It finishes with Cross lunges left and right.
The music is composed to create an energizing rhythm with strategic highs and lows.
